Street Soccer Scotland is a non-profit social enterprise that delivers a range of football related services and personal development programmes to socially disadvantaged adults and young people across Scotland. Street Soccer Scotland was established in March 2009, inspired by personal experience of the power of sport and football to create real change and a desire to provide a unique response to the social disadvantage prevalent in Scottish society.
The CashBack funding supports the Change programme for young people aged 16-25 across 4 major cities within Scotland; Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Dundee. The prgoramme will include weekly drop-in sessions, personal development workshops, football works programmes, a peer mentorship programme and access to volunteering and work experience.
