Phase 7 CashBack For Communities Launch

Phase 7 of the CashBack for Communities programme will run from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029 with an increased overall programme budget of up to £26 million.

Since 2008 CashBack for Communities has invested £156 million and supported around 1.4 million young people across all 32 local authorities in Scotland.

CM’s Journey: Building Stability and Confidence Through CashBack Support 

Action for Children CashBack Positive Changes is a behavioural change, wellbeing, and inclusion service for young people aged 14-24 who are not engaged in school, currently offending, or perceived to be at risk of being involved in the justice system. Our project supports young people with a range of complex needs/challenges, including being disengaged or excluded from education, behavioural issues, risk-taking behaviour, family adversity, negative peer influences and a lack of positive role models.

Resilience and Recovery: A Young Woman’s Path Through Support

CashBack Green Futures by Venture Trust is a trauma-informed, needs-led, employability service for disadvantaged young people. They provide community-based one-to-one and group support, combining employability training with developmental and outdoor activities.

Launch of CashBack for Communities Impact Report 2024-2025

We’re proud to launch our Impact Report for 2024–2025, highlighting the difference CashBack for Communities has made across Scotland over the past year. Funded through the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, the programme continues to reinvest in young people and communities, working with 29 partner organisations and delivering £6.2 million in funding.
