Project name: CashBack to the Future
Age range: 12-25 years
CashBack to the Future provides young people in Scotland’s most disadvantaged communities with opportunities to participate in fun, creative activities to support them to develop skills and improve their wellbeing.
The programme includes:
- Summer programme
We deliver a Summer programme over 5 weeks in four local authorities - CashBack Hubs
Our year-round CashBack Hubs delivered in three 12 week blocks in Glasgow, Edinburgh and North Ayrshire
We support young people to:
- Engage with and contribute to their local communities through community projects and volunteering
- Develop social and core skills valued by employers
- Gain accreditations
- Improve their confidence wellbeing to progress towards or into positive destinations such as college
We offer a young people the opportunity to engage with variety of different art forms, including visual arts, performance and music-making. Our creative activities are facilitated by an experienced Creative Tutor, and supported by a Youth Worker.
