This Scottish Women and Girls in Sport Week, we celebrate how CashBack projects are supporting young women and girls.

Scottish Women and Girls in Sport Week provides a chance to inspire and support every woman and girl in Scotland to get active. This year the theme is Leadership, and we’re celebrating the many ways women and girls can be leaders.

Our charity partners provide opportunities for women and girls to participate in sports and physical activity. Young participants are supported to build their leadership skills and take the lead.

For example, YDance use dance to nurture young people’s development and wellbeing, promoting positive, resilient, and fulfilling lives. Young people have opportunities to achieve leadership qualifications, and build skills such as communication, planning, and teamwork.

This leadership stuff suits me. I smashed it.
